The customer visits fsmb616.com, reviews the available tools and character packages, and selects the plan that fits their needs.
Create an Account
The customer registers a free account on our platform to access their personal dashboard.
Checkout & Payment
The customer proceeds to checkout and pays securely using JazzCash, Easypaisa, or a debit/credit card, processed through our payment gateway partner, RapidGateway.
Instant Activation
The moment RapidGateway confirms the payment, the purchased character balance is credited to the customer's account automatically — no manual steps or waiting.
Generate & Download
The customer uses their dashboard to type text (or upload a voice sample to clone), generates the audio, and downloads the finished MP3/WAV file directly — fully digital, with nothing shipped.
Use of the Payment Gateway
RapidGateway is integrated directly into our website checkout. It is used exclusively to collect payment for character packages at the point of purchase. Customers select a package, are redirected to (or presented with) the RapidGateway checkout, complete payment via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or card, and are redirected back to FSMB where their account balance updates automatically. We do not store card numbers or wallet PINs on our own servers — all sensitive payment data is handled by RapidGateway.
Nature of the Product
All products sold by FSMB are digital services — character credits that unlock AI voice generation tools. There is no physical inventory, no warehousing, and no courier shipping involved. Delivery is instantaneous and digital: generated audio files are made available for download directly from the customer's dashboard.
