1. Digital Product — No Physical Shipping
FSMB sells only digital products: character credits that unlock AI voice generation tools, and the audio files generated using those tools. There is no physical inventory and nothing is shipped by courier or post.
2. How Delivery Works
- Character credits: Delivered instantly — the moment RapidGateway confirms your payment, your credit balance is automatically added to your account. No manual action is needed from you or from us.
- Generated audio: Delivered instantly to your dashboard the moment generation completes. You can play it directly or download the MP3/WAV file to your device.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Credit activation typically happens within seconds of payment confirmation, and in all cases within 24 hours. Audio generation time depends on the length of the text or sample, usually taking a few seconds to a few minutes.
4. If Delivery Fails
If your character balance is not updated within 24 hours of a successful payment, or a generated file fails to download, contact us immediately at Mohammadmajid616@gmail.com with your account email and payment reference. We will investigate and resolve the issue, or issue a refund per our Refund Policy.
5. No International Shipping Restrictions
Since delivery is entirely digital, there are no geographic shipping restrictions — the service can be used from anywhere with an internet connection, though payment collection is currently focused on customers inside Pakistan.
