1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using FSMB ("the Service"), operated by Muhammad Majid, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
FSMB provides AI-powered text-to-speech, voice cloning, dubbing, dialogue generation, and related audio tools, accessed through a character-based credit system. Purchased character credits can be used across any available tool until exhausted.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, RapidGateway, via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or debit/credit card. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Character credits are added to your account automatically once payment is confirmed.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FSMB to:
- Generate content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or impersonates a real person without their consent
- Clone the voice of any person without their explicit permission
- Produce content that violates any applicable law in Pakistan or your jurisdiction
- Attempt to resell, share, or abuse API access outside agreed terms
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the text and voice samples you submit, and of the audio you generate using your own character balance, subject to these terms. FSMB retains ownership of its platform, tools, and underlying technology.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may occasionally affect availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
FSMB is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
