Speedo Work Video ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that automates HeyGen AI video creation workflows. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

The Extension stores the following data locally on your device only using Chrome's built-in storage API:
- User Access ID — A randomly generated unique identifier used to verify access. This ID is sent to our server (fsmb616.com) only to check if the user has been granted access by the admin.
- Approval Status — Whether access has been granted.
- Video History — Titles and timestamps of videos created using the extension, stored locally.
- Usage Statistics — Total video count, daily streak, and time saved — stored locally for display purposes only.
? We do NOT collect your name, email, passwords, browsing history, or any personal information.
?? Data Transmitted to Servers
The only external network request made by this Extension is:
- A request to fsmb616.com/heygen/check_access.php with your User Access ID to verify if access has been granted. This request contains only the random User ID and no personal information.
No other data is sent to any server, third party, or external service.
?? Permissions & Why We Need Them
- activeTab / scripting — To inject automation scripts into app.heygen.com only.
- tabs — To identify the active HeyGen tab and open new video creation pages.
- webRequest — To detect completed video download URLs from HeyGen's CDN.
- downloads — To save completed videos to your device.
- storage — To save your access ID and stats locally on your device.
- notifications — To alert you when Sleep Mode activates or a video finishes rendering.
- alarms — To keep the background service worker alive during long video renders.
- sidePanel — To display the extension UI as a Chrome side panel.

This Extension is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
