This page explains, in full, what FSMB does, how the business operates, and exactly how a customer moves from discovering the service to using it.
FSMB is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered voice generation tools over the internet: text-to-speech, voice cloning, automatic dubbing, multi-speaker dialogue generation, AI music generation, sound effect generation, speech-to-text transcription, voice changing, and background-noise removal.
Customers purchase a prepaid balance of "characters" (a unit of usage), which is consumed as they use any of the tools above. There is no physical product — everything is delivered digitally through the customer's online account.
The customer visits fsmb616.com, reviews the available tools and the pricing plans (Solo / Plus / Studio / Label) on the homepage.
The customer creates a free account (or signs in) to access the dashboard.
From the "Upgrade Package" page inside the dashboard, the customer selects the character package that fits their needs.
The customer is directed to our payment gateway checkout, where they enter their card or account details and confirm the purchase.
Upon successful payment, the gateway confirms the transaction and the purchased character balance is credited to the customer's account instantly, with an on-screen confirmation.
The customer uses their balance across any tool (e.g. Text-to-Speech), generates audio, and downloads the result directly from their dashboard.
The payment gateway is used exclusively to process one-time purchases of prepaid character packages (Solo $15, Plus $20, Studio $30, Label $90). No recurring or hidden charges are made without the customer's explicit action of purchasing a new package. The gateway is embedded directly in our checkout flow inside the customer's dashboard ("Upgrade Package" → "Buy Now"), and on successful payment, our system's webhook automatically credits the purchased balance to the customer's account.
